If our team sends the wrong item or a damaged product, we sincerely apologize for the trouble. In this case, we will exchange the product for you at no extra cost. We take full responsibility for our mistakes and stay committed to your satisfaction.

If We Deliver the Correct Product

If we deliver the correct product according to your order details, our brand does not take responsibility for any changes. However, we still offer an exchange service under these conditions:

  • Shipping Costs: You must pay for shipping both ways. You will pay $25 for the return and $25 for the new shipment.
  • Condition: We only accept exchange items in their original, unwashed, and unused condition.
